INTRODUCTORY CONSULTATION

You know your business is working fine, or you may already know you need to improve some aspects.

Thanks to our expertise we can offer you a quick assessment of your situation, strengths and weaknesses. We will confront your situation to our benchmarks and give you our initial assessment, based on hard-facts and based on softer-aspects. This last item is more related to your organization and internal competences.

Our initial assessments are tailor-made to your company, your business and your country. Depending on the size of the organization, whether it is on the full company or only on a specific department, this will take only a very limited number of hours or days.

At the term of this consultation we will let you know if you need or should do something, and provide you an initial assessment of strength and weaknesses. This assessment is conducted in your language.

ACTION PLAN AND DETERMINING DELIVERABLES

If you already have done the initial assessment with us, or by yourself or through some other consulting company, we will review the conclusions with you and determine an agreeable action-plan with clearly stated deliverables, timelines and budgets. This may require a deeper analysis of available resources and fine-tuning of information. In some cases, this may require a much more in-depth audit at your site(s) to ensure the action-plan, budget and timelines are realistic.

As always we will tailor adjust the plan according to your means and needs, but we will ensure the plan is realistic.

IMPLEMENTATION AND EXECUTION

Once we have gone through phases 1 and 2 together, or if you already have a detailed action-plan and budget, it is time to execute it.

We will provide a project-manager who will implement this plan with you and ensure timing, budget and deliverables are kept. The project-manager will spend a lot of time on site and with your team to ensure implementation is successful.

As per our credo, we will implement it in an orderly and sustainable way, but with a human touch to encourage, motivate and respect your team and your company's culture.
